To ship an item back to miss match, please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s) for store credit.
For exchanges: please contact us via e-mail or phone to indicate the item, size, and color you wish to exchange your item for.
Pack your item(s) and invoice into any envelope or box and mail to:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with receipt and with all original tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

P O L I C I E S
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or issue a store credit. Store credit must be redeemed within 30 days from exchange date.
- Exchanges and store credits are ONLY accepted within 30 days of the ship date.
- Sale items are final sale. There will be no exchanges or store credit issued for sale items. This includes flash sale items.
